PA Consulting Group strengthens its Kuala Lumpur operations with the appointment of Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ahmad Tajuddin

PA Consulting Group, a leading management, systems and technology consulting firm, has appointed Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ahmad Tajuddin as a Senior Advisor to PA's Malaysian practice.
Tan Sri Tajuddin started his career in 1973 with the National Electricity Board of Malaya and in 1977 was seconded to the Tun Ismail Atomic Research Centre.
In 1989, Tan Sri Tajuddin was appointed as Chief Executive of the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) and has achieved numerous awards including the prestigious Prime Minister's Quality Award .
From September 1996 to August 2000, Tan Sri Tajuddin served as the Executive Chairman of Tenaga Nasional Berhad . Under his leadership, TNB has been transformed from a vertically integrated utility company into a diversified group, operating in Malaysia and elsewhere.
Tan Sri Tajuddin is currently the Chairman of the Board of Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and a board member of of several other companies, including Sime Darby Group, Sirim Berhad, Perbadanan Usahawan Malaysia Berhad, and Kvaerner Petrominco Engineering Sdn Bhd. Most recently, Tan Sri Tajuddin has been appointed as the Co-Chairman of the Malaysian-Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT).
